We work with you to design a solution to meet your needs. We then submit the project to a 3rd party for review and scoring. Your score will determine the certification level your project is qualified for. Scores are talied among five different credit categories:
1. Sustainable site
2. Water Efficiency
3. Energy Performance
4. Material and Resource Use
5. Indoor Environmental Quality.
*additional credit is given for Innovation and Design
